More than 40 million Americans face civil legal issues each year without access to affordable legal representation. The result is predictable: default judgments, lost rights, and eroded trust in the justice system.

Augmented Litigant exists to change that. We're building a technology-assisted legal research platform that gives pro se litigants—people representing themselves in court—the same research capabilities as attorneys with six-figure budgets.

Critical distinction: Augmented Litigant is a research tool, not a legal practice. We provide access to legal information, case law, statutes, and court rules. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients, or engage in the practice of law. Users retain full responsibility for their legal arguments and filings.
